These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bee33 platform and website (bee33.cam). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between the entity operating bee33 ("bee33", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). 2. Eligibility and Registration

Registering with false information will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

A maximum of one account is permitted per person, household, address, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details. If any provided information changes, you must notify the support team immediately. bee33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

bee33's services are primarily operated for the Bangladeshi market. Online betting may be legally prohibited in certain countries or regions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful in your location.

3. Account and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party. You will be held responsible for any activity conducted through your account, including unauthorized use by a third party.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or leasing your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. The account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

3.3 Security Breach

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify the bee33 support team immediately. bee33 will act promptly, but will not be liable for any loss resulting from your own negligence.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bee33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. You may be required to provide a photo of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence, proof of address, and payment method verification details. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds on bee33. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. When making a deposit, you must use a payment account that is registered in your own name and owned by you.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours after a withdrawal request is submitted. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Using any payment method not registered in your name to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If third-party payment use is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

bee33 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request without giving a reason, particularly where fraud is suspected or KYC requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bee33 are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus will be granted only once per member, household, address, or IP address.
• If a withdrawal request is made while a bonus is active, the entire bonus will be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
• The maximum bet amount placed using bonus funds may be restricted.
• bee33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members have the opportunity to participate in bee33's VIP Program. The VIP Program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's regular play patterns and activity. VIP benefits are governed by separate terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bee33 detects suspicious bonus use or abuse of promotional offers, it reserves the right to review the account or close it. In cases of bonus abuse, all bonuses including any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Game Rules

6.1 General Rules

Each game and betting market on bee33 has its own rules, which are detailed in the relevant section. It is the member's responsibility to read the applicable rules before playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, system disruption, or network issue, bee33 reserves the right to void or restart the bet. bee33 will not be liable for any losses in such circumstances.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

The result recorded in the game provider's system is considered final. If any discrepancy is found in displayed results, the server log will serve as the primary record.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events is conducted under specific rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, settlement will be made in accordance with the applicable betting terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Registering with false, fake, or stolen identity documents.
• Money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using any automated software, bots, hacking tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the game system for an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other members to abuse the bonus system.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct with bee33 staff or providing false information.
• Threatening or harassing other users through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

bee33 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance activities, or unavoidable circumstances. bee33 will not be liable for losses in such situations.

8.2 Personal Decisions

Members bet on bee33 at their own discretion and of their own free will. bee33 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from betting or gaming.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The bee33 platform includes content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, etc.). bee33's control over the content, game results, or quality of service of these providers is limited.

8.4 Limitation of Enforcement

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bee33 will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. bee33's liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the transaction in question.

11.2 Closure or Suspension at bee33's Initiative

bee33 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Refusal to complete the KYC process.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

11.3 Balance After Account Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, all bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. The decision to return the principal deposit amount (excluding bonuses) will depend on the circumstances.
